Where Do I Send Returns?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be back to your original payment within 3-5 business days.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking fee is charged to the consumers for the returning product.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
